B&M Waste Services
“Sage 200 was a slow burn project for us after our initial purchase from our incumbent provider. Thinc supported us in development even though they were not contracted to do so at the time.
Through software functionality and integration, our goal was to provide a solution that would enhance processes and help amplify people’s performance.
Our first major project was the implementation of Sage 200 CRM. The new system has delivered a complete end-to-end solution that integrates seamlessly with their contract and weighbridge software; centralises data collection and reporting; enhances sales and service response; and creates efficiencies in customer billing and revenue collection.
We are now beginning phase 3 of B&M Waste Services’ development plan for CRM. In addition, due to the trusted nature of our partnership, we are being tasked to supply a more robust and integrated direct debit collection solution for their business – all within the Sage 200 environment.
Outcomes
- Centralised data collection and reporting capability
- Direct integration with existing 3rd party specialist \ industry specific solutions
- Improved sales and service response (having all information to hand)
- More efficient customer billing and revenue collection
