Diazone Computer Services Ltd. t/a Thinc takes your privacy seriously and will only store and process personal information provided to us when there are contracted services, legitimate interests or a legal requirement for us to do so.  Personal information stored includes names and contact details so we may deliver services and maintain communications about relevant products.  Thinc will only share your personal data with trusted 3rd parties when necessary to deliver services to you.  Personal data is removed when it is no longer required.  Thinc will never sell personal details and will only ask for necessary information.
Thinc has completed a personal data impact assessment to evaluate personal data we hold and what we do with it, including the purpose and lawful basis for processing.
