The growing cyber threat for SMEs

Why are SMEs growing increasingly at risk? 

SMEs often lack the security that the bigger organisations have in place, mostly due to restricted funding and reduced in-house expertise. SMEs are more likely to have vulnerabilities amongst their workforce, with a lack of governance leading to weak passwords and unpatched software.
