Available for any Android device, Sicon Barcoding & Warehousing provides all of the functionality typically required in a warehouse environment, packaged up in an intuitive interface.

Fully integrated within the core Sage 200 product
As the product is fully integrated, it’s not a separate system and has no need for export/import of operational transactions or a need to synchronise
Android app (connected live via Wi-Fi)

Simplified stock Identification
Ever struggled to ID stock? With Sicon Barcoding & Warehousing you can simply scan the item to fully identify the product and act accordingly
Stock movement and transfer
Utilise the scanner to move products within your business—either between bin locations in the same warehouse or between separate warehouses. This can include an ‘In Transit’ warehouse, where the geographical locations of your warehouse are different
Purchase Order receipt (and putaway)
Allows the user to receive stock directly into Sage 200 against recognised purchase orders (GRN), and specify the warehouse location of those goods (putaway). This can be a single or two-stage function
Sales order picking (and packing)
Pick your stock either by order, or as a consolidated (wave) pick. This can be a single function (advancing to despatch in a single operation) or as a pick and pack process (scanning for verification/confirmation within the two stages)
Efficient stock take and stock count
Fully mobilise the stock take process, allowing your warehouse operatives to scan and enter a count for that product ,or scan each and every item (incrementing the total count) and then feeding this back to the central management process within Sage 200
Streamline stock write-off process
Have the ability to identify a product on the device and transact a write-off, including a reason such as damaged stock, or incomplete

The Sage 200 report designer supports many barcode formats as standard. Layouts are provided in the Sage 200 report designer to:

Print barcode labels at goods-in
Print warehouse bin location labels
Print barcodes on purchase orders, sales orders, job sheets, and works orders

Additional licenses are required per barcode device and you’ll need to provide:

Wireless network covering your warehouse area(s)
Your chosen handset hardware options
