To help blueprint these processes, we hold a series of workshops focused on the different business departments. We will incorporate processes from: finance, sales, customer service, purchasing, HR, logistics, production, and project management.

SAP End User Training

Our delivery of SAP end user training can be customised to ensure that the right approach is undertaken for each individual business.

Our remote SAP implementations are supported by providing end user training for key personnel early within a project; we call these system super users. Providing early end user training increases their level of ownership and involvement, ready for the wider SAP training programme and beyond.

We also provide company-specific SAP system user guides. These identify the most efficient business processes available by illustrating the process steps blueprinted during the project workshops.

SAP Support Services 

During any SAP Business One implementation our fully integrated SAP support services are available from certified SAP Business One support consultants. We provide ongoing SAP Business One support services following the post go-live project review and delivery of all SAP software requirements. This support is available during UK office hours, in real time, via telephone, remote system connection and email.

Account Management

From within our SAP Operations team, your account manager will proactively help to deliver continuous improvement of your business solution. They will make a qualified assessment of all the SAP Business One requirements and releases on your behalf.

We will only advise on an upgrade once we have a clear understanding of the benefits involved, and after we have completed company testing.

Based on your identified goals and your business roadmap, your account manager will work with you to evolve and improve the implementation of your chosen ERP system. They are dedicated to providing a quality customer experience, removing business pain points along the way.
